    C.V.

    Christopher Clark joined the department in 2012 as an assistant professor. He earned his B.A. from Saint Louis University (2005) and his M.A. (2006) and Ph.D. (2010) from the University of Iowa. His research interests include race and representation in legislatures and state politics and policy, with a particular interest on the formation and influence of black legislative caucuses in state legislatures. His research also focuses on political behavior and public opinion. His secondary interest concerns quantitative research methods, specifically time series analysis (pooled cross-sectional), event counts models, and maximum likelihood estimation (MLE).
